Great (but not with headphones)
I used this pillow for long haul flights and car travel. It’s very comfortable and keeps your head/neck in a very comfy, straight position. However I always use over ear headphones, even for sleeping on the plane, which is problematic. The headphones are pushed up high on the ears and no amount of fiddling with the pillow helps. This causes quite a bit of discomfort so I end up taking the pillow off my neck and using like a regular pillow - which defeats the purpose! Otherwise a good quality product.

Pressure on throat and velcro strap too short
The velcro strap is too short for my, not so thick, neck. To make it fasten at all, I have to make the pillow too tight, which creates uncomfortable pressure on my neck
