Great service
I received this product very promptly. When I got it, I sat on my couch at home and put it on to try it out. I fell asleep just sitting there. I have yet to use it on a long haul flight and I hope it’s as effective. It’s certainly very comfortable.

An upgrade from the beanbag pillows
Previously I used a cheap travel pillow purchased from an airport store. Then I read a few reviews of this pillow and tried it out on a 14-hour international flight and return. I didn't find it very comfortable; it was ok and better than no pillow. The side supports are very high up around the ears, and as others have mentioned it makes it uncomfortable to wear noise-cancelling headphones at the same time. I wondered whether there was an option for smaller size but there doesn't appear to be. Maybe the memory foam just hasn't learned my shape yet. I do like how the pillows packs in to a small bag.

Non-restrictive but firm support
I was hesitant to spend so much on a travel pillow, but this one is worthwhile. It’s very comfortable & stops head falling forward when falling asleep.

The mattress toppers were sent very quickly with packaging in excellent way. We have had them on now for a few days @ highly recommend them.
