Fabulous pillow. Very happy with it.
I had same issue with small pillow case, squashing the pillow into it made the pillow much harder and higher profile. Bought a King size pillow case and now definitely 5 star.

A great conbination with the Alpaca Fleece Quilt.
This pillow is just "So Comfy"; if i was buying another a lower profile would have been preferred.This may improve when I am able to obtain a larger pillow case as I had to stuff it into a --what I thought was---a standard size case. It could become 5 stars.
