A bit uncomfortable but adequate.
The Velcro strap was far too long and the overlap reached right across the back of my head. Once I cut off the excess it was better but it slipped around a lot. Also, to close the gap on either side of the nose to prevent light getting in, I had to pull it down until the bottom edges dug into my cheeks.

Bit rough round the edges
Disappointed after reading reviews. Edges appear to have been heat treated to seal and are a bit rough
