What makes Glo to Sleep different from other sleep masks?

Blue points of Glo inside the mask help you focus your mind on the process of relaxation and sleep – naturally and effectively. This meditative approach calms your mind and effectively moves it to a relaxed state.

How to use the Deluxe Glo to Sleep?

Step 1:

Adjust brightness with one of the 3 auto dim options:

– ramp down in 10 minutes
– ramp down in 20 minutes
– ramp down in 30 minutes

Step 2:

Settle into a comfortable sleeping position, adjusting your Glo to Sleep mask position as necessary so you can see the four points of Glo and no external light. Align the Glo to Sleep to see four Points of Glo and relax

Step 3:

Look up at the points of Glo (the highest points of Glo that you can). Use a relaxed gaze. You may blink.

Step 4:

Take long, abdominal breaths. Let everything else relax while you inhale all the way and your lungs fill with air as your belly extends outward. Then exhale slowly and squeeze everything out of your lungs. Wait a few seconds and repeat this cycle.

Breathe IN - 1... 2... 3... 4...Breathe OUT - 1... 2... 3... 4...Keep your eyes open, looking up at a point of Glo.

Perfect

It takes me hours to get to sleep and am woken by the first sign of light. With this sleep mask I asleep with in 20 mins but more like 10 mins and sleep till my body wakes me not the light. So comfortable and pitch black dark when the blue light is off. This is my second pair. Love love love them. (Posted on 6/14/20 )

Hurts ears

The best eye mask ever

If your sensitive to light when I'm falling asleep, this eye mask will be your best friend... I would 100% recommend this product. I've tried many different products in the past and this is the best. It blocks out all light, your eyes can open in the mask so they don't feel squashed or forced closed, the adjustable strap is great and gives the perfect comfort level. Even the light inside has helped me fall asleep... I don't use this function often, but I like that it's there and it works. (Posted on 3/12/19 )

Only lasts a few months

This product is brilliant when it works but twice now after a few months one side stops lighting up. Sleep solutions service were great particularly Carol who sent me a new one but the same thing happened. I then requested to exchange for the Illumy and pay the difference, again Carol was most helpful. Have had the Illumy for a week now and it works even better, hope it continues to do so. Love it. Wondeful

I absolutely love the Sleep Therapy Mask. I had been using the Sleep Master Mask and was happy with that in terms of comfort, but the Sleep Therapy Mask helps me in getting to sleep and staying asleep. It helps me calm my ever racing mind. It is soft and comfortable and I feel cooler to wear all night than the Sleep master.

Brought for my Hubby.

Brought this for my hubby and his remarks are as follows. He had it on until the blue light went out and he was still awake. He suffers with PTSD and Sleep Apnea and became disgruntled with it. So now sitting on bedside table gathering dust.

OK for a while

When I first purchased the deluxe glo sleep therapy mask, I got to sleep within a few minutes.to me it was the best purchase ever.unfortunately it didn't last as my hair got stuck to the foam and made it impossible to sleep after that as the hair kept getting in my eyes.I tried everything to take off the hair but it just sticks to the foam material (Posted on 2/4/18 )

Amazing! I'm asleep with in a minute or 2. Can't believe these work so well

I was at the point where some nights it would take me 5 hours to get to sleep. I couldn't remember the last time I had restorative sleep. The first night I used these I was asleep with in a minute. I purchased this mask as I always have trouble going to sleep and I am getting desperate for anything that helps me. The mask fits well and is comfortable to wear in bed. Almost instantly to sleep

This sleep therapy mask has been so helpful for me, to get to sleep. The blue glowing light really, for me personally, helps get to almost instant sleep.

I have had issues of not being able to get to sleep due to an over active mind and I find that by simply staring into the light -sort of using mindfulness technique - I am able to get to sleep fairly quickly. (Posted on 8/15/15 )

Completely blacks out everything

Vey comfortable

I bought these more for physical comfort than for the "glo to Sleep' factor. Unfortunately I left the mask too close to a light bulb and melted part of it. Until then, it worked really well, was very comfortable and blocked out all light (except for the tiny blue stripes of glowing light). After a couple of weeks the blue didn't light up so well,so I put it near a light to hurry it up. As I said, part of it melted.

I have bought another one, as I liked it so much.
