Aroma Mist
Your diffuser has two mist options. Press the power button once for continuous mist, which will run for up to 10 hours. Press again for intermittent mist (30 seconds on, 30 seconds off), which will run for up to 20 hours. Press a third time to turn the mist off. When your diffuser runs out of water, it will automatically shut off.
Color-Changing Light
On the remote control, press the light button once to turn on the color-changing light. Press again to stop on a preferred color. Press a third time to turn the light off.
Play Relaxing Sounds
Press the music button on the remote once to play the first track. Press again to switch to the next track. Press and hold to turn the music off.

Great sound therapy
The spa sounds are lovely and much nicer than only having white noise. The ocean waves are a good white noise alternative too. For helping ASD child sleep we set the waves and lock it on red light through the night. The diffuser is very mild in the stream that rises from it but I like this for making it stay on all night.

Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.

I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.
