Purchased filter which was faulty.
The filter I purchased was faulty. After the first week of use, I cleaned my humidifier and noticed the water was a brown colour. It turns out the filter was faulty and now I wonder whether for the past week the air in my baby's room was contaminated. This is my main concern. I was able to sort out a replacement with the manufacturer fairly easy which was a plus.
