How do you turn on the Nursery Calm?
Press (3 swirly lines) button to turn on the Nursery Calm.
How do you set the Timer function on this unit?
You can set a timer to schedule the working hours of the Nursery Calm.
Press (3 swirly lines) button to turn on the timer and select 1h / 3h / 6h or switch off both aroma diffuser /humidifier and night light.
How do you activate the Night Light?
The mood light feature gives soft glow light with 7 colours of choice for soothing your baby.
- Press (Lightbulb) button to turn the light on.
- Press (Lightbulb) button again to cycle through the colours.
- Press (Lightbulb) button during the colour cycle to select a colour.
- Press (Lightbulb) button to turn off.
How do you activate the Audio Playback?
Switch on Bluetooth and enter discovery mode on your smart device while close to Nursery Calm, searching for available devices and select “AromaSpeaker Diffuser”, follow on screen instructions to complete the pairing.
- Press PLAY/PAUSE button to play favourite song through your device.
- While the audio is playing, long press (Lightbulb) button to reduce the volume or long press (3 Swirly Lines) button to increase the volume.
- Press PLAY/PAUSE button to stop Audio playback.
Important for Bluetooth:
Keep your device within 6 metres of Nursery Calm to get good connection.
The unit won't turn on. What can I do now?
Add water to the tank; Carefully disconnect the AC adaptor from the DC Socket and the power supply, check the cables, then reconnect.
There is no mist or abnormal mist and the unit is leaking water. What can I do?
Add a suitable amount of water in the tank. Water must never be filled over 200 ML (MAX) Line. Please refer to Maintenance instructions and remove and re-install correctly so vapours can be released freely. Clean the air suction port of any dust. Restricted airflow will affect mist.

Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.

I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.

Bought online, after 9 days of having no notice about shipping I emailed them and only then they sent the package. It's been two weeks and I still haven't been delivered.
