Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long does the Parent unit battery last?
A: A fully charged Parent unit will last about 6.5 hours with normal use. To speed up charging, charge the Parent unit when it's switched off. You can also charge the Parent unit and use it at the same time, but it'll charge slower and take longer to fully charge.
Q: My Parent/Baby unit is making a high-pitched noise. What should I do?
A: They might be too close together. Make sure they're at least 2-3 metres apart.
Q: Why is my Parent unit beeping?
A: The Parent unit beeps when: 1) Your units aren't linking - see page 3 of the User Guide. 2) There's a problem with mains or battery power 3) A crying alert is switched on - see page 25 of the User Guide.
Q: How do I pair the Parent unit to a camera?
A: Select the camera menu. Next, select which camera you need to pair, and the on-screen instruction will ask you to turn on the camera and press and hold down the night light button.
Q: How do I reset my Parent unit?
A: In Menu, tap Oricom Help then tap Factory Reset.

Cleaning Instructions
The Oricom SC860 has a durable plastic casing that should keep its colour and finish for many years. To clean, use only a soft cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild soap. Do not use too much water or cleaning solvents.
Storage
- Keep in a cool dry place, in original packaging or box for the best protection.
- Do not wind cords around devices, loop together, and bundle with an elastic band or suitable cable tie.
- Remove the battery for prolonged storage. Test and charge on annual basis.

Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.

I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.

Excellent product, excellent customer service and very fast delivery. I will say, however, that I find the headhand too hot at the moment. This can't really be helped. But if you tend to run hot or get hot flushes, consider this.
We couldn't believe how fast the electric blankets got here from Sydney. Just 3 days by Australia post to Toowoomba. The products have all the features we wanted as well.
