Delivery was prompt but had to spend so long and several attempts to find where .to order on line. If I have to do this every 6 months I would like to think it could be as simple as other online shopping experiences.
My partner went away and forgot his pillow, he bought this on the fly. Brought it home and i was obsessed. Hunted it down online and was so happy to find it here. It's the right amount of squishy, but softer than the usual memory foam. Bambi Renew Charcoal Infused Memory Foam Pillow
Very wide choice of products; good quality of items purchased; prompt delivery and advice of progress towards my address.
Queen size, electric blanket- Dreamaker 100% Cotton Quilted Electric Blanket Recently purchased- speedy delivery This is a very comfortable electric blanket- deep stretchy skirting and a generously plumped cotton quilt cover. The electrical connection is placed at the top of the blanket, and is therefore on top of the pillow area - no more bumps on the side. Blanket controls are well designed and easy to use. Very happy with my purchase.

Find the perfect pillow for back sleeping - matched to your sleeping position, body frame, and fill preference. For the full range, see our Australian Pillow Buying Guide.
Around 38% of adults spend significant time sleeping on their back. Back sleeping distributes weight evenly, supports spinal alignment, and is ideal for reducing pressure points. But pillow choice is critical - a pillow that is too high pushes your head forward, straining the neck and closing airways. Too flat and your head falls backward, losing the natural cervical curve. The ideal back sleeper pillow is contoured or medium profile - high enough to support the neck curve but low enough to keep the head level with the spine.
Select your sleeping position, body frame, and fill preference for a personalised recommendation. Back is pre-selected - adjust if needed.

Back sleeping is not recommended for people with obstructive sleep apnoea, heavy snoring, or during late pregnancy. If you have any of these conditions, consider our side sleeper pillow guide instead.
Around 38% of adults spend significant time sleeping on their back (Sleep Foundation) - and it offers some unique advantages.
Back sleeping distributes weight evenly across the widest surface of your body, placing the least stress on the spine. With the right pillow, the head, neck, and spine maintain a neutral position all night.

Source: Arthritis FoundationA rounded pillow with built-in neck support that cradles the natural curve of the neck is one of the best ways to prevent back-sleeper neck pain, according to Harvard Medical School.
Source: Harvard HealthWhile flat back sleeping can worsen snoring, elevating the head slightly with a contoured pillow or wedge can open airways and reduce mild snoring and acid reflux symptoms.

Hypoallergenic 3-5 Year LifespanView All

Choosing the right size depends on your bed and sleeping style.
48 x 73 cm
The most common pillow size in Australia. Fits single, double, and queen beds. One standard pillow per person is typical.
51 x 91 cm
Wider than standard - ideal for people who toss and turn, or for king-size beds. More surface area for combination sleepers.
65 x 65 cm
Square shape. Primarily decorative - used for layering behind sleeping pillows. Also popular as a backrest for sitting up in bed.
Note: Contoured and memory foam pillows come in one size designed to fit standard pillowcases. Sizes above apply to traditional fill pillows.

|---|---|---|---|

Five practical adjustments to improve comfort and alignment.
Back sleepers do best with a pillow that has a slight contour to cradle the natural curve of the neck. A flat pillow provides no neck support, while one that is too thick pushes the head forward and strains the cervical spine.
A pillow under the knees takes pressure off the lower back by reducing the arch of the lumbar spine. This is especially helpful for people who experience lower back pain when lying flat.
A pillow that pushes your chin toward your chest restricts your airway and increases snoring. When lying on your back, your forehead and chin should be roughly level - not tilted forward.
If you experience mild snoring or acid reflux, elevating your head slightly (10-15 degrees) with a wedge pillow or adjustable base can help keep airways open and stomach acid down without compromising neck alignment.
Latex pillows last 5-10 years. Memory foam lasts 3-5 years. Feather and down last 2-5 years. Microfibre should be replaced every 1-2 years. An old pillow that has lost its shape cannot maintain proper neck support.
Our Australian-based sleep experts can help you find the perfect pillow for your sleeping position, body frame, and any specific concerns like neck pain or overheating.
