Have been travelling with the pillow and highly recommend
I was unsure how this product would work but have been amazed at the change in my breathing/sleeping pattern. So thank you Sleep Solutions I am thrilled with this air purifier and the speed in which it was delivered to me.
Great service and quick delivery. Range of Mack's earplugs you can't get in stores here. The ultra soft ones are the winner.
Very happy
Fast processing of order and postage. tracking provided. Very happy with the service.
Always fast delivery, and the one time I ordered the wrong filter they allowed me to exchange it without hassle.
Excellent. Fast delivery. No probs. Good service. Would recommend again.
Easy purchase, had tried the plane/travel neck pillow before from a friend who had one. Found it worked for me. Bought it, it was shipped with no issues, and arrived exactly as described and expected.
Malem Medical is widely regarded as the "Gold Standard" in the treatment of enuresis (bedwetting). Founded in the UK in 1979 by Dr. Hilal Malem, the company revolutionized the industry by inventing the world's first wearable bedwetting alarm. Before Malem, alarms were cumbersome "pad and bell" systems that required the child to sleep on a wired mat; Dr. Malem’s innovation allowed the child to move freely, making the treatment more effective and dignified.
Today, Malem offers the most comprehensive range of alarms in the world, trusted by pediatric clinics, hospitals, and the NHS for their durability and clinical success rates. They are best known for the Malem Ultimate (MO4), a wearable device that combines sound, vibration, and light to wake even the deepest sleepers. Unlike diapers which merely manage the problem, Malem alarms are designed to cure bedwetting through "Conditioned Learning," training the brain to recognize the bladder's full signals.
Malem’s mission is to provide a permanent cure for bedwetting, restoring confidence and happiness to children and their families. Their vision is that no child should suffer the social stigma of bedwetting when a safe, drug-free solution exists. Innovation is the heartbeat of the brand, most famously seen in their solution to "Auditory Accommodation" (tuning out a sound). Realizing that children often get used to a single alarm tone and sleep through it, Malem invented the 8-Tone Selectable alarm, which cycles through different sounds to shock the brain into waking up.
Furthermore, they pioneered the Easy-Clip® Sensor, a highly sensitive mechanism that clips securely to the outside of the underwear, detecting the very first drop of moisture without the need for sewing or uncomfortable internal pads.
Sleep Solutions is NDIS Registered and Approved
The 8-Tone (Multi-Tone) model is designed to prevent Auditory Accommodation. This is a phenomenon where the brain gets used to a repetitive sound (like a fan or a single beep) and ignores it. By setting the alarm to "Random" or cycling through 8 distinct sounds, the alarm surprises the child’s brain each night, making it significantly harder to sleep through. This is often recommended for "deep sleepers."
It works through Conditioning Therapy. When the child wets, the alarm sounds immediately. This wakes the child up while the bladder is releasing urine. Over weeks of repetition, the brain creates a link between the feeling of a full bladder and the action of waking up. Eventually, the child wakes up before the alarm goes off, or learns to sleep through the night while holding on.
Proper cleaning is crucial. If urine residue builds up on the sensor, it can become conductive and cause the alarm to go off continuously or not at all. You should clean the sensor tip regularly with an old toothbrush and soapy water to scrub away invisible salts, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
The Malem Ultimate Recordable (MO5) allows parents to record their own voice or a specific message (e.g., "John, wake up and go to the toilet!"). Clinical studies suggest that some children wake up faster to the sound of a parent's voice than to a mechanical buzzer. This model is often recommended for children with special needs or anxiety.
