Choose all of your sunset and sunrise wakeup settings with an easy to use App

Design simplified: only one button allows for an extra lightweight sleep mask. All of your favorite settings are selected using the easy to use iOS or Android App. Sync your mask with your phone or portable device and you are ready to sleep and wake up refreshed.

Why is ILLUMY™ so lightweight and simple to use? The answer is in the GloToSleep smartphone App. All of ILLUMY™’s settings including time, alarm, sunrise, sunset, chime and sleep enhance are configured using your smartphone.

There are no tiny buttons or bulky clock to struggle and your sunrise and sunset mask is designed to be as comfortable as possible.

illumy works for a power nap too!

Take a power nap with illumy and overcome the afternoon energy dip. A break in the afternoon increases productivity while a dose of blue light boosts alertness. Follow these steps:

For a 20 minute power nap, set the illumy alarm time 30 minutes later than the current time
Choose a 20 minute sunrise
Set the sunset to "off"
Enable or disable the alarm chime
Sync illumy with the App
Press the sleep button
Lay back and relax - illumy will slowly wake you up after your nap with a bright blue energizing light

Requires stereo jack 3.5mm :(

Unable to test as wasn't aware that it could only connect to mobile phone with stereo jack 3.5mm. Samsung's just have type C port. Now I have to purchase adapter.
I think then the adapter should be included at this price. Gave 4 stars anyway in the hope that the product is that good. (Posted on 27/10/21 )

Excellent! From 3.1 hours per night in January to 7.8 hours per night in February 2021, according to my Fitbit watch.

The eye mask has a red light feature for when going to sleep, which stops the mind from thinking around in circles. This is the main symptom of chronic insomnia, at least in my own opinion. While I don't always go immediately to sleep, when my first attempt fails, I simply re-click the mask to start again, with the red light turned back on. Usually on the second attempt I do go to sleep, and likewise when I wake up during the middle of the night, re-clicking the mask has the desired result.

Admittedly, I also had a neurologist prescribe me a sleeping pill around the same time as I purchased the sleep mask, so the dramatic improvement in my sleep in the month of February 2021 is a combination of both those things. (Posted on 26/2/21 )

Great product, but takes some getting used to

I love sleeping with my Illumy mask, however it did take me a few nights to get used to it. If you're not used to sleeping with a mask on, my recommendation would be to stick with it for at least a week until you make a decision as to whether you like it or not. (Posted on 8/3/20 )

Too uncomfortable to use

Bulky design. Too uncomfortable to use even though I am used to eye masks.
Had to buy additional adaptor to sync to phone and control it.

Does what it says...

...but the mask has a very rubbery smell that is hard to get rid of. Blocks light really well - the other half (for whom it was bought) now rattles the windows with the best of them!

Fantastic product for those us with light sensitivity and an aversion to alarms!

I hate, loath, DESPISE waking up the a standard alarm and I cannot sleep without a mask due to extreme light sensitivity. Once light hits my eyes, I'm awake. This mask has helped me on both fronts. Great Product

Shift worker with CPAP machine. This product used with the CPAP machine is giving me some of the best sleeps I've had in years. My main problem was falling asleep after 12 hour night or day shift. I've found that the sunset mood gets me there (I have not taken a sleeping pill since starting with this mask) and the blue light wake up mood is just great. I have no issues with the mask, it is the most comfortable mask I've ever used. I do like the nap feature. It did take me a few goes to get the app to work (as I wasn't doing it right). I was looking at the blue light glasses that come from Europe but I think this is better due to the sunset/ wakeup features. Thank you. (Posted on 17/6/19 )

Great for blocking out light at night,

However has not improved my sleep as still waking multiple times during the night. Was hoping that it would help me stay asleep, but that has not happened. Upgraded from the 2000 model with the blue light, no regrets. I much prefer the orange "sunset" glow to the blue light and the pulsing feature puts me to sleep in minutes.
