How to use your RunPhones Classic
- Place your RunPhones® on your head so that the Velcro® opening and cord are at the back.
- The speakers are fully adjustable. Move the flat speakers until they are positioned directly over your ears.
- Plug the 3.5mm audio jack into your music device and enjoy your listening experience!
Notes:
- RunPhones can be an effective solution in masking annoying sounds when playing music, calming nature sounds, or white noise - however they do not include noise cancellation technology.
- Runphones' headband fabric itself does not block noises or snoring alone.

Care Instructions
- Remove the speakers from the headband through the Velcro® opening at the back of the headband near the logo.
- Machine wash warm, tumble dry medium. Do not iron, bleach, or dry clean. Avoid fabric softener which reduces wicking.
- Once the headband is dry, insert the speakers back into the headband. The soft gray side of the speaker should be placed facing your ear. The right speaker will have red stitching and the letter "R" on the cord and the left speaker will have green stitching and the letter "L" on the cord.
Tips on how to prolong the life of your RunPhones
- Grasp and pull on the plug and not the cord.
- Allow the headband to fully dry before placing components back inside.
- Do not keep components in a wet, oily, or dirty headband.
- Avoid excessive bending near the speaker plug area.
- Keep the wires free of tangles or knots.

AcousticSheep LLC was founded in 2007 by Dr. Wei-Shin Lai, a family physician, and her husband Jason Wolfe, a video game developer. Dr. Lai struggled with getting back to sleep after patient phone calls in the middle of the night.
She needed to listen to some meditative music to help her relax. Since there were no headphones specifically designed for sleeping on the market, she invented her own and called them SleepPhones®.
